Privacy notice

This website is operated by Future Blinds, which is responsible for the details you send us. This notice explains what we do with them.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect your name, phone number, the message you write, and your email address if you choose to give one. We also record which page you sent it from.

Why we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry. In some cases we may pass your request to a trusted local provider who can help you, so they can contact you about it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep reasonable records.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you. Contact us using the details on our contact page. We handle your details under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). If you are unhappy with how we have handled them you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.

The WhatsApp enquiry form

Our enquiry form is a WhatsApp chat tool supplied by tochat.be. What you type is sent to us on WhatsApp so we can reply. The tool may use cookies or your browser's storage, and may check your IP address, in order to work. See the tool provider's own privacy notice for how it handles that information.

Cookies and tracking

We count phone-button taps and form use on this site so we can see whether it is working. This does not identify you personally.
